Cancellation & Refund Policies

 Due to the time consuming nature of The GinaCurl ,Thermal Reconditioning or other services we have a cancellation policy in place to protect the stylists. Once you pay your deposit you are committing to the requested service. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment you must let us know at least 7 days before your appointment date. You will then have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment for another date. For guests that are traveling from other states, if the need arises where you have to extend your lodging/travel time, we will not be responsible for any lodging/travel fees for any reason. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $50 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you may have ask to reschedule your appointment for another day, A late fee of $50 will be added to your service as a result.

 If you cancel  LESS than 7 days before your appointment for whatever reason, you will forfeit your deposit to account for the many hours we had booked off for your service.

NO REFUNDS on products or hair services.



We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Tru Divas Salon. in the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of service or within 48 hours after the service has been performed. 

All services are non-refundable, we will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service. However, the service must be a mistake from the service provider, not from something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed, (such as wanting tighter curls and a smaller rod size after the service when the stylist has told you about the outcome/results of your choice vs. the stylist recommendation. 

Please keep in mind that prior hair condition will depend on the results of a successful curly perm. Please note that prior heat damage will result in a loose curl or no curl at all and it is best to cut any damaged hair. Hair color can also affect the results of a curly perm and may result in a looser curl. Results may vary in these cases. The curly perm yields the best results on natural healthy hair. If damage hair needs to be cut and client refuses, (client must sign waiver in this case) the HAIR SERVICE GUARANTEE will not apply under these circumstances. The professional products are sold in the salon which are recommended for the GinaCurl.  If the client chooses not to purchase products to maintain the health of the hair and use other products not designed for the GinaCurl,  this will affect the guarantee as well.
